Short Bio

My name is Anna Benaki, I am greek, born and raised in Athens and I started working as a licensed tour guide in 2000 after studying  at the school of guides for 2,5 years.

Since then, I have been escorting and guiding groups, individuals, families, schools trips, all over Greece, in almost every site and museum of my beautiful country (Delphi, Olympia, Cycladic islands, Meteora, etc).

Especially in Athens, it is worth spending a few days so as to explore the city and it’s hidden treasures. There are more than 10 archaeological sites and 30 museums and galleries to discover. I also organize walking tours, food tours in market places, cooking lessons, street art tours so as to emerge in the everyday life of the Athenians.

If you are traveling as a family, your children will enjoy the mythological tour I lead through the Acropolis and the new Acropolis museum.
